I tried that for 2 days and my dog sucked down her food so fast she threw up. 😮 She was foaming at the mouth and just gobbled it up, went away from it for a second and started gagging on her mucus plug which encapsulated her food and then she tried to gobble that up. 😱it was awful to watch. Only had her 6 wks, she’s a 1yr pit mix and she’s fed breakfast and dinner. Fasts about 16hrs overnight and about 8hrs in between meals. Still learning each other but she LOVES to eat! I’ve had to freeze her food for 30mins just to slow her down. Used to be 2.5mins to eat and now it’s at least 10mins.

My dog used to eat 2 times a day up until recently and stoped eating her meal in the morning so now she eats once a day she’s 12
I feed my 50lb mixed breed every 24 hrs at around 9am.
